Returns Policy

We hope you’re pleased with your order, but if something’s not right, here’s how returns work.

Return Rules Summary

  • Returns accepted for 30 days after receipt
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • No restocking fee
  • No final sale items (unless clearly stated)

Return Conditions

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn/unused
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. packing slip or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email us at 608skateshopltd@gmail.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send it.

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, they won’t be accepted.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return postage.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service to ensure it reaches us safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect when it arrives, contact us immediately at 608skateshopltd@gmail.comwith your order number and photos if possible.

We do not manufacture the products we sell. If an item is faulty, we’ll return it to the supplier or manufacturer for inspection. Once they’ve assessed the issue, we’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Skateboard decks that have been gripped or assembled (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Items not in their original condition

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved, we’ll refund the item to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty
  • Your bank or card provider may take a few days to process the refund

On Demand Products

If your item was listed as On Demand, it may ship directly from a third-party distributor. These items can be returned, but they must still be sent back to us - not the distributor.

Contact us at 608skateshopltd@gmail.com before returning any On Demand product so we can confirm the return procedure.
