UK Shipping

We aim to process and despatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day during shop opening hours (see below). Orders placed after 10:30am or outside of business hours will be processed the next working day.

£4.99 Next Day Delivery (Tracked)

Next working day delivery on in-stock items. Order by 10:30am Tue–Fri for same-day despatch. No Monday despatch. Available across the UK.

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days)

Orders under £80: £3.99
Orders £80+: Free

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or trusted couriers. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been despatched, with tracking details where available.

Local Pickup (Poole Shop)

You can choose Free Local Pickup at checkout and collect your order from our Poole store:

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting. Pickup is only available during shop opening hours.

On Demand Products

Some items are marked as On Demand — these are not held in our shop and are shipped directly from a third-party supplier, usually the brand’s official UK distributor.

Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days. Orders containing both in-stock and on-demand items may arrive separately. Tracking will be provided as soon as it’s available from the distributor. If an item becomes unavailable or delayed, we’ll contact you with an alternative or offer a refund.

We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
