Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Some items are listed as On Demand and ship directly from third-party suppliers or brand distributors. These may take 3–5 business days to ship. If stock is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you with options.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders under the same account, payment method or shipping address. Some products are marked as On Demand. These are not held in stock and are shipped by third-party suppliers or brand distributors.
By purchasing On Demand items, you agree:
- Shipping may take 3–5 business days
- In-stock and On Demand items may ship separately
- Distributor availability may impact fulfilment
- If delayed or unavailable, we’ll offer a replacement or refund
